Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2PM CST may be processed the next business day.

·         UPS:  Ground Shipping:  1-5 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and courier availability.

Missing or Damaged Items:
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at Email:info@hempyendings.com or or call 1-602-288-7288 within 3 days of receiving your package. We will assist in filing a claim with the courier and offer a resolution.

 

Address Errors:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
